I am one of the Artist Mentors at the Visual Artist Association (VAA), a professional body for artists both in the UK and internationally.
​
As a mentor I can help you with setting your goals, branding and marketing your artwork, reaching new audiences and selling your artwork.

About me:
​
I am a contemporary landscape painter based in North Devon. Painting has always been my passion and I have been selling work since I was 15.
​
My art business was set up in 2012, and I am represented by two galleries - Echo Beach Gallery in Ilfracombe, and Wave 7 Gallery in Wadebridge.
​
I have been featured in Artists & Illustrators Magazine and Devon Life Magazine, and took I part in Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year in 2015.
​
I have been a speaker at many VAA online events, including the ‘How to Build a Small but Mighty Artist’s List’ Masterclass. I work alongside the VAA lead mentor Karen van Hoey Smith.
​
As a mentor I specialise in helping artists with goal setting, branding, marketing and selling their artwork.
Being a busy Mum of two school age children has taught me to be laser-focused on actions that will really make a difference. This kind of focus will allow you to make step-changes in your art business, while keeping other aspects of your life in balance.
​
Mentor meetings are held via Zoom so location is no issue! All you need is your computer and WiFi.
​
I have worked with a number of mentors in the past and have found their support and guidance invaluable. I am generous with my advice and will bring years of experience and passion to supporting your growth as an artist.
